Skincare Question of the month: Do I really need an SPF if I'm inside all day?
Why yes, you do. (You knew I was going to say that, didn't you?)
While window glass blocks UVB (responsible for sunburns) it does not block UVA (which is the longer wavelength radiation responsible for collagen breakdown and those little brown spots). Radiation doesn't just come straight down from the sun. It bounces--off the ground, off other buildings, etc.--and ricochets right inside your windows. Bottom line, if you can see outside, you are exposed. I highly recommend using a good mineral based sunscreen Every. Single. Day.
