How to Clean Your Yoga Mat

In my office I see a lot of plantar warts (warts on the bottom of the feet) and lots and lots of toenail fungal infections. If you are an active person in public spaces, one of the best things you can do is clean your equipment.

I like using a colloidal silver spray for this task. Colloidal silver safely kills bacteria and fungi and is an anti-septic without being an anti-biotic. It neutralizes odor and is non-allergenic, non-toxic and chemical free.

I use Clean Sweep, which was originally for disinfecting the insides of smelly shoes, but I use it on my yoga mat, my dog's bed, and my doorknobs, too.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this
topic to be really something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me.
I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to
get the hang of it!
