Freezer Fudge Recipe


This is a tasty and and reasonably healthy treat any time of the day. Add some indulgence to your life without undoing all the work you did in January! I've had this recipe for about a decade. I wish I could remember the original source so that I could give credit, but I suspect that it was the website for the online store One Lucky Duck, which seems to no longer be active.

2 cups of almond butter

1/4 cup of raw cacao powder

1/2 cup agave nectar

2 tbsp of coconut butter

2 tsp of vanilla extract

1 tsp of sea salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Taste in case you need to add more salt or more agave nectar or more cacao powder. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and spread the fudge evenly. Place in the freezer for one hour and then flip onto a cutting board and cut into squares. Enjoy slightly chilled but place back into the freezer for storage in a covered container.
